Great Valley Sophomore Greg Merrill Commits to Princeton

Greg Merrill, Great Valley High School (Malvern, PA) has verbally committed to Head Coach Chris Bates and the admissions process at Princeton University.  Posting a record 54 goals and 26 assists as a starting attackman in his freshman season, Merrill earned first team all-Ches Mont League and first team all-area honors.  He is a member of Man Up 2014 Lacrosse Club.  Merrill also visited and strongly considered Villanova, North Carolina, Duke and Notre Dame.  He is one of four Great Valley players to commit to Division I programs recently, and the first class of 2014 player in Pennsylvania to do so.
